Reasonable Solution to Character Appearance Changes
Okay, by now we all know most of the Guildwars population has made a post somewhere about adding a Hairstylist NPC or something along those lines.
When I first made most of my characters, I liked their hair styles, skin colors, and faces, but after seeing how my ranger looks sorta bad in most armors with his Canthan bandana all the time, I wish I could change (not to mention 2 year hat hair)
My idea for changing appearances is an item recieved from a quest or a craftable item.
It would be called Lyssa's Mirror because ,direct from the manuscripts, Lyssa is the goddess of Beauty and illusion. Once you obtained one, you could double-click to use in any town or outpost. When you click it, a menu would come up similar to when you want to dye something showing an option to change hair style/color, skin color, and face.
It would be best that this be a quest or craft item so everybody can afford it and it wouldn't be a rare drop costing 100k + Ectos.
This idea may have been suggested before, but I'd rather not go through the 5 million threads about hairstyle changing etc.

Once people start wanting to change their appearance over and over again, it may cost 100k + Ectos.
And not all people have all three campaigns and GW:EN, so you have to make sure everyone gets the quest once, but not more than once.
